advanced dermal filler training differ from basic training
AAFE offers Botox training, Dermal Filler training (Restylane/Juvederm/Radiesse/Belotero) for Physicians (MD & DO), Nurse Practitioners, PAs, Dentists, and other medical professionals. These facial esthetic in-person courses include lecture, hands-on Botox & dermal filler practice on live models, and take place at hotels or other clinical facilities. Participants receive course manuals, sample consent & treatment forms, resource list and a Certificate of Training upon completion.
The comprehensive one-day workshop includes an intensive lecture session with a practicing physician instructor and extensive clinical hands-on training. You will perform client consultations, develop treatment plans and inject all under the direct supervision of your instructor. You will also have plenty of time to practice the injection techniques on your volunteer model until you are comfortable performing them in your own practice. This is the only course in the world that gives you the real life experience of practicing these hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler procedures on your own clients and models.
advanced dermal filler training builds upon the foundational knowledge you gained in the basic filler course. The class takes you further into wrinkle treatments by combining hyaluronic acid fillers with neuromodulators to produce superior results. You will be taught to choose the right product for each presenting feature, and how to improve your technique for optimal results. You will learn to treat more complex areas, such as the temples and tear troughs, as well as how to use longer acting dermal fillers in the cheeks to lift and volumize the face.
How does advanced dermal filler training differ from basic training?
You will learn the most popular fillers available for the lower face and how to combine them to treat multiple concerns at once. You will also learn how to use hyaluronic acid reversals to reverse any potential complications from dermal filler injections. The course will also teach you to use off label fillers and neurotoxins for lip pop, brow lift, masseters, smokers lines and more.
After attending the full day class, you will be ready to add these techniques to your own practice. You will have all the tools you need to succeed including practice on models, an engagement group and support network, and templates for client consultations, prescription lists, and stock management.
